1. through information requests  to enter certain information on the website or sign up for competitions or contests. We may ask you for certain information e.g. your name, age, street address, city, postcode, mobile telephone number, email address, We use this information to contact you to confirm that you participate in a competition or sweepstake or to notify you that you have been selected as a winner.

User Rights

The GDPR gives you a number of rights. As a user of our website you have the right to request information on the data we store about you as well as the purpose of their storage. In addition, you have a right to demand that incorrect data are being corrected and data which are inappropriate or no longer needed are being deleted. Data Management Platforms

Your data may be collected processed in our Data Management Platform (DMP) operated by Salesforce.com, Inc. Our purpose of using DMP is to ensure that you receive advertisements tailored to your interests in our and other sites that you visit. A DMP is an advertising technology that automatically creates audience segments to share the best of our campaigns. A DMP uses cookie and non-cookie technologies to recognize your computer or device and/or to collect and record information about your web surfing activity including your activities on or off this website. Customer Data Platform

Our website has in place a Customer Data Platform(CDP). Our purpose in using CDP is to ensure that you receive advertisement content tailored to your interests in our websites and also in external sites you visit. Look a Like Audiences

We use different technologies to create look a like audiences on social media. We may share hashed portions of your personal data (mainly your name and other online identifiers, email address) with our marketing partners and publishers to provide you advertisement in accordance to your   interests and/or those of like minded consumers. For example, we may aggregate your email address together with the email addresses of others who registered to our marketing activities, locally hash such data, and transmit the resulting hashed data to Facebook or to other marketing partners for the purpose of creating "Lookalike Audiences" (where targeted ads are sent to people on Facebook who have similar characteristics to people on our customer list), we request your consent in order to create look-a-like audiences via email or the cookie banner. Pixels

A pixel is an analytics tool that consists of a code that is installed on our website. We request your consent via the cookie banner in order to activate pixels. AB InBev will not send your personal information to a recipient outside the EU / the EEA without obtaining your consent or otherwise complying with the relevant privacy legislation.

Call Recording Privacy

InBev Belgium is highly committed to the protection of your personal data. This personal data privacy policy is designed to inform you about how we collect, use and transfer your personal data.

Purpose of Processing

AB InBev may record telephone calls made to its call center in order to have a record of customer orders for AB InBev products, resolve complaints arising therefrom and for quality control purposes. Flowing from Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, AB InBev has a legitimate interest to ensure that its products and services are readily and easily available to its customers and to also maintain the quality of its service(s). Please be aware that AB InBev will only access the recordings that are identified as having quality issues in order to resolve the identified issues. AB InBev will not make use of the call recordings for any purpose other than that stated in this paragraph.

 

Information Collected

In this activity, we may process the recording of your call, your name, phone number, address and email address.  Please be aware that the lines available for you to contact AB InBev Customer Service Centers are restricted solely for business related matters. Customers are therefore advised not to share any sensitive data or any other information not necessary for the purpose of the phone call. In the event that customers disclose sensitive data or any other personal data that are not necessary for the purpose here described, our call center agents have been trained to terminate such calls. Customers who do not wish to place their orders through the telephone can do so on https://contactus.ab-InBev.com/en. 

 

 Retention Period: 

The call recordings are retained for a period of 30 days after which they are automatically deleted. 

 

Third Parties

The calls are recorded and stored by New Voice Media, the data processors. New Voice Media are telephony service providers appointed by AB InBev. Pursuant to the General data Protection Regulation (GDPR), AB InBev has concluded a Data Transfer Agreement with New Voice Media. Both parties have also agreed on adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of recorded calls. The same contractual relationship between AB InBev and New Voice Media exists between New Voice Media and the sub-processor appointed by New Voice Media to provide support services.

 

Data Transfer

New Voice Media, the data processor, may store personal data in servers outside the EU/EEA. In order to ensure the lawfulness of the data transfer, AB InBev has, inter alia, concluded EU Standard Contractual Clauses according to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR with New Voice Media.
 

Data Access:

Only New Voice Media and Sub Proccessors may access the call recordings when such call recordings for the purposes identified above. AB InBev has no direct access to the call recordings.

 

Data Subject Rights

In compliance with the GDPR, data subjects have the right to request information about this processing activity. Data subjects also have the right to rectification or erasure of their personal data, the restriction of processing as well as access to their personal data.
