Article 2: Contest and Prize Description
Short description: When you purchase a Diekirch 24x33cl crate, you can legally participate by scanning a QR code and filling out an online form. You must be 18 or older. The form includes a tiebreaker question and personal details needed to contact potential winners. Winners are chosen from consumers who answer the questions correctly and provide a valid proof of purchase.
The contest runs from August 1, 2025, to September 13, 2025.
Prizes:
1x hotel stay + 2 VIP tickets + 2 drinks + 2 pieces of merchandise
2x 2 VIP tickets with 1 drink
4x 2 weekend tickets
1x 2 pieces of merchandise
A participant can win a maximum of one prize per week.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or movable and will not be paid out in cash. Prizes will not be replaced if lost. The organizer reserves the right to end the contest early, modify the terms, or replace the prizes with others of equivalent value.
The winner will be contacted by the organizer using the contact details provided on the form. The prize will then be sent directly by LOA the week before the event.
Article 3: Participation
Any person who is at least 18 years old and lives in Luxembourg or a neighboring country can participate. Employees of the organizer and anyone who contributed directly or indirectly to the contest's creation (e.g., merchandisers, store owners) are excluded. Anyone cooperating to increase their chances of winning is also excluded.
The same person can participate only once per week. Incomplete entries will be immediately disqualified. Information on the entry form cannot be modified.
The organizer can, at any time, exclude a person from the contest for violating the rules or for fraudulent participation. The use of any program or means other than the official site is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification. Any attempt at fraud will result in immediate exclusion. Participation is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Article 4: Winner Selection
The person who answers both questions correctly has a chance to win. Winners will be selected once a week from the start of the contest until September 5, 2025. The winner has one week to respond to the organizer. If there is no response, the organizer can contact a new winner after one week.
If the participant’s contact details are incorrect or they do not respond within the specified time, their right to the prize will be forfeited. The winner is responsible for the use of the prize and exempts the organizer from any liability in this regard.
Article 5: Agreement and Acceptance
By participating in the contest, you accept all of the contest rules and any decisions made by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments. In the event of a dispute or any unforeseen circumstance, the organizer's decisions will be final.
Article 6: Communication
With the exception of providing these rules or notifying the winner, no other communication will be made about the contest. Winners will be contacted by email between August 1, 2025, and September 5, 2025.
Article 7: Civil Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any modifications, suspensions, or cancellations of the contest due to force majeure or other reasons beyond their control. The organizer can modify the rules if necessary for organizational or force majeure reasons.
The organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the contest or the prize award. In case of irregularities, including errors in the web generator, the organizer will autonomously decide how to correct the problem. The organizer's decision cannot be contested.
The organizer is not responsible for printing errors, spelling mistakes, technical problems, or any other issues related to the contest. The organizer is also not responsible for incorrect data provided by the participant, which could lead to an undeliverable prize. If a prize is lost or damaged by postal services, the organizer is not responsible. Participants cannot claim back any costs of participation from the organizer.
